Overview
Between approximately December to middle March each year the central to the southern Serengeti area gets rainfall. During this season the grass eventually turns to lush green. The herds of wildebeest, zebra, antelope and gazelle that roam the central Serengeti are pushed further south and west and lay to the open plain of Ndutu area.
A segment of this population remains in the Seronera area year-round and another unrelated group pours into Tarangire National Park along with thousands of elephants. This safari visits the areas where available water attracts masses of herbivores and the predators who follow in their wake completing the cycle of life and death on the savannah
